Bourbon Street to Broadway, the Barbary Coast Dixieland Band punctuates each concert with whim, wit and zany comedy. Incredible vocals and a variety of special numbers are the seasoning to a well blended performance. Since 1967, Barbary Coast has taken its jazz message far and wide-from the Mississippi paddlewheel boats to Nagasaki, Japan. Not just another Band! Listening to the Barbary Coast Band is truly an enjoyable experience!

On their first American tour, Zum, named for a piece of music written by the great tango composer, Astor Piazzola, will delight the audience with one of the finest and funniest concerts of the season. The group combines the fire and brilliance of Eastern European gypsy fiddle music with the firey and intriguingly beautiful Argentinian tango music. This virtuosic British Quintet, playing violin, cello, bass, keyboard and accordion, perform brilliantly with dexterity and musicianship. It is one fantastic and effectively electric “whole.” Their arrangements and compositions are extremely clever and their humorous introductions help to establish great rapport with each other and with their audience. A performance you will not want to miss.
