The Empire Brass enjoys an international reputation as North America's finest brass quintet, renowned for its brilliant virtuosity and the unparalleled diversity of its repertoire. The five musicians - all of whom have held leading positions with major American orchestras - perform over 100 concerts a year in cities such as New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, London, Zurich and Tokyo. With their best-selling recordings on the Telarc label, they have introduced an even larger audience worldwide to the excitement of brass music that ranges from Bach and Handel to jazz and Broadway. They are equally at home with the majesty of Bach or the exuberant show stopping tunes of Richard Rodgers or Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The New York Theater Ballet troupe has become known for its theatrical expressiveness, high production quality, excellence of technique, accessibility, and emphasis on intimacy with its audiences.

He Loves/she Loves: a Radio Reverie, is a brightly danced frolic. The Radio Lady, sitting in an overstuffed chair, listening to her favorite radio program, dreams of what life could have been. The dance numbers include: cheerleader fun, a pom-pom girl pursued by a bodybuilder, two shy librarians in love, a ballroom romance, a beach babe and a sextet of distraught lovers. The sounds of the 1950s, scored by Gershwin will keep you singing along after the curtain comes down.

Act II combines the free spirit of swing dance with the form and focus of classical ballet. Suite Swing is a sassy romp to the effervescent big-band music of the 1930s. Short selections from the classical and contemporary repertoire will also be featured – perfect for experienced ballet goers as well as first-timers.

A celebration of the church basement kitchen and the women who work there, Church Basement Ladies, is a new musical comedy featuring four distinct characters and their relationships as they organize the food and solve the problems of a rural Minnesota church about to undergo changes in 1965. This is the perfect entertainment for the entire family with its good clean laughs, memorable and hysterical characters, wonderful clever music and nostalgia.

The Lyrique Quintette is the faculty woodwind chamber ensemble in residence at the University of Arkansas. A versatile troupe, the ensemble has been invited to perform throughout the U.S. and abroad. This quintet's wide range of repertoire and dazzling performances on flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and French horn, make it a favorite of audiences of all ages performing chamber music as chamber music should be heard. The ensemble is equally at home with its numerous "pop" arrangements by composers such as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, and Duke Ellington.

Hailed by Las Vegas Review as one of the world's best Sinatra impressionists, Tom Tiratto stars in this energetic, fun-filled show with his cast of talented musicians. Tom Tiratto, an actor and vocalist, has devoted the last 15 years to recreating the music and glamour of the late, great Frank Sinatra. He has appeared at many of the finest venues here in the U.S. and abroad. Let Tom and his Orchestra take you back to the days of 'Sinatra' and the Big Bands, with his fantastic Las Vegas style show, with many of Sinatra's signature hits: 'New York- New York', 'My Way',' My Kind Of Town', and many others.

On their first American tour, Zum, named for a piece of music written by the great tango composer, Astor Piazzola, will delight the audience with one of the finest and funniest concerts of the season. The group combines the fire and brilliance of Eastern European gypsy fiddle music with the firey and intriguingly beautiful Argentinian tango music. This virtuosic British Quintet, playing violin, cello, bass, keyboard and accordion, perform brilliantly with dexterity and musicianship. It is one fantastic and effectively electric “whole.” Their arrangements and compositions are extremely clever and their humorous introductions help to establish great rapport with each other and with their audience. A performance you will not want to miss.
